CURRENT VACANCIES:

Digital Marketing Assistant (Part-time / Full time positions considered. Minimum 3 days per week – hours flexible).

Company HQ: Redhill, Surrey

Reporting into the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the social media and digital marketing campaigns and processes across a number of portfolios.

Tasks will typically involve:

  • Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Supporting marketing managers in organizing various projects
  • Helping to implement social media campaigns
  • Helping to coordinate the production of digital content for social media
  • Scheduling of social media content using Hootsuite
  • Monthly reports detailing social media statistics across the company
  • Campaign reports for clients booking digital advertising
  • Helping to maintain and update product websites
  • Monitoring competitor activity
  • Communicating ideas for campaigns

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Drive and determination to improve skills and complete work to the best of their ability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Personal experience of using social media networks
  • Willingness to learn how to use new social media networks
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A high standard of computer literacy
  • Ability to adjust to and work with different team members
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage workloads

This work will be critical for the smooth operation of the Marketing department. Working across several industry sectors, the work is challenging, varied and exciting!
